From long road trips to quiet mornings, Daniel translates how places feel: its smells, sounds, textures, and emotions.

 Luxury Art with a Heartbeat

Sinking in the sand
£2,500.00

Abstract, Oil on canvas, 100cm x 150cm.

This large oil painting depicts in abstract, a very special moment. My wife and I stood in the sand on the coast in Dubai, where we had our first trip together as a couple, and shared childhood memories of “Sinking in the sand” on trips to the beach.

This painting was created using a palette knife technique. The oils are thickly applied and blended by slowly cross-hatching around the canvas, loading the knife with every scrape and passing it on creating a unique texture that looks almost like it has been woven with a fabric made of oil paint.

The colours are ochres and deep blues, blended with black and white to create striking contrasts. This technique creates unique colour details with every stroke, that you can stare at for hours and find new meanings, new scenes and emotions with every viewing.

Split
£2,000.00

Abstract, Acrylic on canvas, 133cm x 165cm.

This piece was a challenge for me as I did not have a place in mind when I started it, but the colours and depth dragged me towards the right state of mind. After several days of trial and error, I was where I was supposed to be: in the beautiful city of Split in Croatia.

This painting is a product of hours of layering waves of colour, building slowly to create a deep image full of hidden moments, glimpses of unexpected colours and textures that keep rewarding you with every viewing.

Marrakech
£500.00

Abstract, Acrylic on canvas, 91cm x 61cm.

One of my favourite smaller works, which depicts the experience of Marrakech, the blazing heat and the colourful markets displaying its rich spices and textiles.

This piece was an extremely free expression, experimenting with matt emulsions and soft pastel along side the acrylic. Speed and emotion were very much key to this creation, which came together with the same intensity and drama of a Moroccan city.

Long walk in paris
£600.00

Oil, 51cm x 61cm

This small piece was the first of its kind in this oil technique. A stroll around the beautiful Parisian streets, in and out of cafes and wine bars. The intermittent downpours of rain only adding to the romance.

Look deep into the artwork to feel a sense of the city, through rain blurred eyes. Find new and interesting features with each viewing.

Looking out from Gili T
£400.00

Abstract, Acrylic on canvas, 61cm x 61cm

An incredibly bright and striking square canvas. Inspired by the sights and sounds of one of my favourite places in the world: Gili Trawangan, an island off the coast of Indonesia.

Starring out at the ocean, watching people and horse-riders go by in the surf, the sheer tranquility, a glimpse into a simpler life. The Caribbean inspired colourful painted wooden shacks, only you and the one you love.

“Each piece is a translation of a memory, and while many are tied to specific personal stories, that’s not where the meaning ends. One of the things I love most about abstract art is its openness — you don’t need to know what I felt. You’re free to bring your own interpretation.”
